This past Saturday I had a brilliant idea, one of my bests: Ethiopian night.  We don’t have great Ethiopian food options in Vermont and I have been craving a good authentic Ethiopian meal for the past 3 years. When I studied abroad in Ghana there was a fantastic Ethiopian restaurant in Accra that I would frequent.
