I simply cannot count how many kinds of pancits this country has. Each province has their own pancit which they are very proud of. Aside from Pancit Bihon and Pancit Canton which can be found on almost all the restaurants, I grew up eating Pancit Luglog of Navotas because of my mother who hails from
