I know the West Coast is already experiencing spring in the air, but out here in the Great Lakes States and the North East, we are still decidedly parked under Old Man Winter's thumb. Sunday, we had what was quite literally the coldest day since 1899. Honest to Pete, people. It didn't get above -5°F
