Yesterday I set out on a quest to make green pancakes.  It's Saint Patrick's Day in two days and I am feeling particularly festive this year. Probably because I am trying and overcompensate for my no longer Irish last name. I was thinking about how I could make green pancakes and a few ideas came to mind:
