This Espresso Cheesecake was created by combining two of my favourite desserts from this site, Espresso Ice Cream and Lemon Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce. By taking the delicious espresso flavor from the ice cream and combining it with the lusciously smooth cheesecake, placing it on a hazelnut & coconut base and then topping it with
