This is one of the easiest crusts I've ever made. Why? Because it's half-way homemade! Use you're favorite gingersnap for this quick coconut oil crust OR just about any dry cookie will work! I like Mary's Gone Ginger Snaps because they're gluten free AND have a deep molasses flavor paired with perfectly spicy ginger (and pepper!).
