Recipe: Homemade Marshmallows
Summary: Yield: 6 dozen medium marshmallows. I’ve been told by a non-vegetarian friend that these are simply heavenly and once you try homemade you’ll never eat the processed versions from the store again! I do love that these can be cut into fun shapes with any cookie or petit four cutters and added to hotĀ chocolateĀ as a great holiday gift from your kitchen. Since these do not have preservatives, you need to store them in a cool, dry place, in a air-tight container.
