As a kid I adored hot chocolate with mountains of marshmallows. I mean, really, who didn't? Spending a few years living in Newfoundland, I have fond memories of playing outside in the snow for hours on end or skiing all the live long day, stopping only occasionally to thaw our thumbs, toes and warm our
