**NOTE: The quinoa is sprouted, which means it's raw quinoa that has been soaked in water for 1-2 days until small sprouts have formed. To Sprout Quinoa: 1. Soak 1 c. of raw quinoa in cold water for 6 hours. (I do this in a mason jar). 2. Next, drain the quinoa and rinse it with more cold water. Every 6 hours (more often is fine), rinse the quinoa and drain it. (I use a cheese cloth or a fine mesh strainer held over the opening of the mason jar.) 3. It will take 1-2 days of rinsing/draining every 6-8 hours for the sprouts to form. They look like small threads coming out of the quinoa. 4. Once it has sprouted, you can store the quinoa in the fridge for 10 days before using.)
