I told Patti that I wanted to do some chicken this week. Well she found it on sale and came home with a lot of chicken. I wanted to do something along the lines of soft chicken tacos. Patti got me a nice 6 pounder that I smoked in a Mole sauce with a few handfuls of peppers.
