We wanted to do something fun and different for a camping party. Something fun, easy and that included bacon, of course. The adults wanted hot links and the little ones wanted less spicy. So we did Louisiana hot links for the big kids with pepper jack cheese and Polish sausages and cheddar cheese for the little ones. We served them up on paper plates with a side of corn curls. Because corn is a vegetable it was healthy, too. Some of us wanted them served on buns with various condiments; some just wanted them served on a wooden stick. These are great for tailgating.
