These are one of our most requested tailgating recipes. They are really good appetizers, too. We wanted to try them using our Carolina BBQ Sauce for a little mustard zip instead of our usual red BBQ sauce. A definite winner! Today we put them in sandwich rolls with some melted cheddar and more Carolina BBQ sauce on the rolls. Ken also likes the meatballs cut into a salad.
