This 4th of July we wanted to do something simple All American Burgers and really tasty. We were given some seasoning rubs from Pirate Jonny’s. We found that Pirate Jonny’s Scorched Pirate Rub was a really excellent addition to our burgers. We grilled some bacon, tomatoes and sweet onion slices alongside the burgers to add more of that rich smoky flavor to our burgers. Then topped the cooked burgers with two slices each Colby-Jack cheese for just a few seconds until melted.
