Tri tip is a very tender cut of beef and full of rich beefy flavor, but to give it a little more zest Patti made a special Pepper Mustard Grilling Sauce, that also works well as a sauce when serving. This sauce will also be the perfect base for macaroni and/or potato salad. For the salads we’ll just add a little mayo for tons of flavor in just a little time. We plan to keep a jar of this sauce on hand for green salad dressing, too.
