We were having a simple supper of grilled pork loin chops and Sriracha Mac & Cheese. Ken wanted something super spicy as a side. Sriracha sauce is a bottled extra hot chili sauce…Ken approved. Patti added a bit of sour cream to lessen the heat. Farmer John makes a jalapeno bacon, but you can use regular bacon instead. For lunch the next day Patti heated the leftovers with drained hot sausage for a new main dish. We served both with a salad covered with a creamy dressing to cut down some of the heat for Patti.
