I was waiting to do something special for Patti tonight Grilled Banana Split. Thinking chocolate is good, and ice cream, bananas with nuts and whipped cream was a symphony of a dessert. Boy did I rack up the points. The hot sweet banana topped with cold ice cream melting over it covered with chocolate, nuts whipped cream and picking up some of the smoke flavor from the pecan wood pellets. The hot and cold banana split was heaven on a plate.
