I wanted a light and flavorful coleslaw that wasn't drowning in mayonnaise. I found one on Cake 'n' Knife that looked perfect. It was super quick and easy to make and tasted fantastic. I served it with fish and they paired perfectly together. I loved the spicy heat from the sriracha and the cool mango.
