We made Raspberry Dijon Chicken because friends of ours wanted chicken and because of the reasonable price. But they also wanted something with a special, unique taste good enough for company. It was extra easy because there were only a few ingredients. Of course, to make it extra “for company” special it was suggested we serve it with raspberry Champagne. I’ll drink to that!
