We wanted a new blue cheese sauce for our Blue Bison Burger so we put our heads and imagination together and came up with this Smoky Blue Cheese Garlic Sauce with more than a hint of garlic and blue cheese. You can adjust it up or down to your taste, plus it’s quick and easy to make and Crazy Good. We have used it on beef, pork and chicken and even put it in potato and tuna salad with no survivors.
