Smoky Mini Quiches were super easy using our “Bull Rack System”. Patti needed to make a lot of them for her Women’s Ministry potluck. Our ‘Bull Rack System” let her do all of them at once. Perfect. Instead of fussing with making dough circles she used ready made crescent rolls because they were just the right size for her muffin cups. Using our Cold Smoked Cheese and a Smoke Tube packed with Mountain Maple for that “Kiss of Smoke”. These make a great brunch, too. Great if you’re cooking for kids so they can have their own little treat.
