Green Chile Stuffed Pork Loin w/ Creamy Chipotle Sauce came as a 4:30 a.m. conversation. We wanted pork loin for our date night, but couldn’t come up with a way we both wanted. We did very well. Easy with a stuffing that started with box rice and a creamy chipotle sauce made with three ingredients. We gave it a “Kiss of Smoke” with Pacific Pellet Gourmet BBQ Pellet Bourbon Pellets. Awesome!
