In place of liquid aminos you can use any low-sodium tamari or low-sodium gluten-free soy sauce. I have not tested it, but you could swap in almond butter for the peanut butter. This is best hot and crispy straight from the oven. This makes 1 cup of sauce, and you will probably have leftover. Store it in the refrigerator in an airtight container for about a week.
