You can use a blender for this recipe and it will emulsify nicely, but it's just as good if you just measure the ingredients into a pint jar, screw on a lid, and shake vigorously for a few seconds. You can also vary the ingredients, but do make this basic one first, before you start to experiment. It's so good.
