This braised pork dish is flavoured with mustard, tomato paste and red wine. This would pair very nicely with mashed potatoes or cauliflowers and a green salad to lighten things up. You need at least one country rib per person. Don't let the number of steps deter you, it's a super easy recipe. Also, feel free to make it a day ahead.
